• If you are in your third trimester of pregnancy.
• If you suffer from severe heart failure, liver disease, or kidney disease.

• The standard dose of Zerodol-SP tablet is one tablet. Take it once or twice a day as prescribed by your doctor.
• Always take this medicine with food and a full glass of water. This is crucial for protecting your stomach lining from irritation.
• Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush, chew, or break it, as this can affect how the medicine is released into your body.
• Maintain a consistent time gap between doses as advised by your doctor.
• Use this medicine for the shortest duration necessary to control your symptoms. Do not use it for long-term pain without medical supervision.

• Store Zerodol-SP tablets in a cool, dry place at room temperature (below 30°C).
• Keep the medicine in its original strip or container to protect it from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Always ensure the tablets are stored out of the reach and sight of children and pets.
• Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
• Dispose of any expired or unused medicine responsibly.

• Always take Zerodol-SP tablet with a meal or a glass of milk to prevent stomach upset and reduce the risk of ulcers.
• Never take Zerodol-SP with other painkillers containing paracetamol or other NSAIDs (like Ibuprofen), as this can lead to an overdose and serious side effects.
• Avoid drinking alcohol while on Zerodol-SP tablet to protect your stomach and liver.
• Zerodol-SP is very effective for toothaches, but it only treats the symptoms, not the underlying cause. You should see a dentist to address the underlying dental issue.
• If you are taking this medicine for more than a few days, your doctor may want to monitor your kidney and liver function.
• Zerodol SP can be used to treat the pain, inflammation, and fever associated with tonsillitis; however, it is a prescription medication that should be taken only as directed by a physician. It is not an antibiotic and will not treat an underlying bacterial infection if present.
• Zerodol SP should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor at the recommended best time for you (morning, afternoon, or night). It may be taken on an empty stomach, before food, or after/meal, as advised. Ensure you follow your routine and complete the full course. • Zerdol‑SP (aceclofenac + paracetamol + serratiopeptidase) works through a complementary triple mechanism: aceclofenac inhibits cyclo‑oxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby decreasing inflammation and pain at the site of injury; paracetamol acts via its analgesic and antipyretic effects with minimal peripheral anti‑inflammatory action; and serratiopeptidase, breaks down inflammatory proteins and exudates at the affected site, reducing swelling and promoting tissue healing, together providing effective relief of pain, inflammation, and oedema.
• Serratiopeptidase is a unique enzyme that helps clean up the mess left behind by an injury.
