Xykaa Mr tablet is a muscle relaxant medication that contains two active ingredients: thiocolchicoside and paracetamol. It is used to treat neck pain, back pain, and spine-related injuries. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms without reducing strength. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that alleviates pain and fever by blocking certain chemicals in the brain.
