Vigore 100 Red Tablet

• If you are taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors, such as nitroglycerin, used to treat chest pain, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
• If you are allergic to sildenafil or any of the ingredients in the tablet.
• If you are taking guanylate cyclase stimulators, such as riociguat, as the combination can cause a significant drop in blood pressure.

• Headache
• Flushing (warmth or redness of the face)
• Dizziness
• Indigestion or an upset stomach
• Abnormal vision, including blurred vision or a blue tinge to colours
• Back pain
• Muscle pain
• Nausea
• Rash
• Nasal congestion (blocked nose)
• Other reported side effects
• Palpitations or a fast heartbeat
• Low blood pressure or fainting
• Nosebleeds
• Eye redness or discomfort

• An erection lasting more than four hours: Seek immediate medical attention, even if it is not painful.
• Sudden loss or reduction of vision: Stop taking sildenafil and seek immediate medical attention.
• Sudden hearing loss: Stop taking sildenafil and seek prompt medical attention, particularly if accompanied by ringing in the ears or dizziness.
• Chest pain during or after sexual activity: Seek emergency help and tell the medical team you have taken sildenafil. Do not take nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin.
• Severe allergic reaction: Seek emergency help for swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing or collapse.
• Seizure or loss of consciousness: Seek emergency medical help immediately.

Other General Warnings

• You have any problems with your heart, kidney or liver.
• You have any bleeding problem, such as a stomach ulcer.
• You have blood cancer or any other blood-related condition.
• You have any deformities of your penis.
• You experience sudden vision loss.
• You have sickle cell anaemia.
• You are taking medicines like nitrates.
• You have had a prolonged erection in the past.
• You take medicines for erectile dysfunction, prostate symptoms, high blood pressure or HIV, or medicines that may affect sildenafil levels.
• This medicine is not intended for use by women or people under 18 years of age.

• Take 1 Vigore 100 tablet as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water; do not cut, break, or chew the medicine. You can take it with or without food. Do not consume it more than that prescribed by your doctor.

• Store Vigore tablets in a clean and dry place.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not use it after the expiry date. Return unused or expired medicine to a pharmacy rather than flushing it.

• Take Vigore 100 approximately one hour before planned sexual activity. Sildenafil can be taken 30 minutes to 4 hours beforehand.
• Vigore 100 does not automatically cause an erection. Sexual stimulation is needed for it to work.
• Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. Taking extra doses can increase the risk of side effects.
• Before taking Vigore 100, tell your doctor about your medical history, especially heart or liver problems, and all medicines you use.
• Erectile dysfunction can be associated with conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Consult your doctor to assess possible underlying causes.
• Use this prescription medicine only under medical supervision.
• Do not increase the dose or switch to a higher strength yourself. If Vigore 100 does not work as expected, consult your doctor.
