  • If you are allergic to ceftriaxone or any other ingredients of the Truexone 500 mg Injection.
  • If you are allergic to antibiotics from class cephalosporin, penicillins, monobactams and carbapenems. If you are not sure about which are these medicines ask your doctor.
  • This injection should not be used in prematured babies, newborn suffering from jaundice or receiving calcium intravenously.
