Trucal M tablet is a nutritional supplement used to help fill gaps in daily vitamin and mineral intake, especially when diet is poor or nutritional needs are increased. It contains a combination of calcium pantothenate, chromium, copper, folic acid, inositol, iodine, iron and manganese. Iron and folic acid support red blood cell formation, while the other nutrients contribute to normal energy, thyroid, enzyme and tissue functions. Trucal M tablet is swallowed whole with water, preferably after food, and is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
