Description

Tranquil Tablet is a prescription medicine. It is used to treat anxiety, social anxiety disorder and panic disorders. This medicine belongs to the category of benzodiazepines, which acts as relaxants

and produces a soothing effect in the brain. It contains alprazolam, which alters some nerve cell activities and gives relief from anxiety symptoms. Take Tranquil Tablet this medicine at the same time every day. It can be taken with or without food, but preferably after food. Tranquil Tablet is a prescription medicine and should never be taken without consultation with the doctor. It can interact with certain foods and caffeine. It should never be consumed with alcohol. Some common side effects of Tranquil Tablet include vomiting, nausea, low sexual desires, etc. these side effects usually go away after some time, but if it causes problems or persists for long, consult your doctor as early as possible.
