Tolpetol-P tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve painful muscle spasms, stiffness and related pain in the back, neck, joints or soft tissues, including some recovery-related muscle pain. It contains tolperisone, a muscle relaxant, and paracetamol, a pain reliever. Tolperisone reduces nerve signals that keep muscles tightened, while paracetamol reduces pain signals and can also lower fever. Tolpetol-P tablet is taken by mouth with sufficient water, and taking it with food may help reduce stomach upset.
