It contains a combination of diclofenac, methyl salicylate, oleum lini and thiocolchicoside. The diclofenac component reduces local pain and inflammation, thiocolchicoside helps relax muscle spasm, and methyl salicylate contributes to a cooling-warming sensation that can distract from pain; oleum lini is also part of the formulation. Apply Thiorub liniment as a thin layer to the affected area and massage gently, using it only on healthy skin and avoiding the eyes and other sensitive areas.
