Swiftflo-D MR tablet is a combination medicine for adult men with benign prostatic hyperplasia, a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate that can restrict urine flow. It contains tamsulosin, which relaxes muscles around the prostate and bladder outlet, and dutasteride, which lowers the hormone signal that supports prostate growth. Together, these actions improve urinary symptoms and gradually reduce prostate enlargement. Swiftflo-D MR tablet is taken by mouth as a whole modified-release tablet and must not be chewed or crushed.
