Sove It 12.5mg Tablet is used in the treatment of sleep problems such as difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep and walking in sleep in the middle of the night. The active ingredient of Sove It
is zolpidem. Sove It Tablets should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The duration and dose of taking Sove It Tablet vary depending on the patient’s condition and age. Side effects of Sove It Tablet include diarrhoea, headache, nausea (feeling sick), vomiting, stomach pain, sleepiness, nightmares, weakness, and depression. Contraindications of Sove It 12.5 MG
- If you are allergic to zolpidem or any of the ingredients present in Sove It Tablets.
- If you have a problem where your breathing stops for short periods at night (sleep apnoea).
- If you are suffering from severe muscle weakness (myasthenia gravis).
- If you have breathing difficulties (hyperventilation).
- If you have severe liver problems.
- If you have been diagnosed with any mental condition (psychosis).

- Medicines for depression such as sertraline.
- Some medicines for moderate to severe pain (narcotic analgesics).
- Medicines for epilepsy (anticonvulsants).
- Medicines used in surgery (anaesthetics).
- Medicines to calm or reduce anxiety or for sleep problems (hypnotics).
- Medicines for hay fever, rashes or other allergies that can make you sleepy (chlorphenamine or
- promethazine).
- Zolpidem with medicines to manage depression (bupropion, desipramine, fluoxetine, sertraline and venlafaxine) can cause you to see things that are not real (hallucinations).
- Zolpidem, when taken with strong painkillers and some cough medicines, may increase the risk of sleepiness, breathing difficulties (respiratory depression), and coma.
- Medicines for the treatment of fungal infections (Ketoconazole) increase the risk of side effects of zolpidem.
- Antibiotics (Rifampicin), when taken with zolpidem, can make the medicine less effective.
