- Sirfek is more effective the sooner it is taken after unprotected intercourse.
- If you vomit within 2 to 3 hours of taking Sirfek, contact your doctor, as you may need another dose.
- Sirfek does not protect against sexually transmitted infections; use condoms for protection.
- If your next period is more than a week late, unusually light, or you have any concerns, take a pregnancy test and consult your doctor.
