- Treatment of major depressive disorder.
- Management of panic attacks.
- Management of symptoms of Obsessive-compulsive disorder.

- If you have hypersensitivity or are allergic to the tablet’s ingredients.

- If you are using other antidepressants like monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Directions for Use
- Sertagress Tablets should only be used after recommendation by a doctor.
- Sertagress Tablets can be taken with a glass of water, with or without food.
- Sertagress Tablets should be swallowed whole.
- Do not chew or crush it.
- Avoid using Sertagress Tablets if the seal of the packet is not intact.
- Do not let anyone else use the medication.

How Does It Work?
Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Abciximab, when combined with sertraline, may increase the chances of bleeding in the gastrointestinal system.
- Acarbose may lead to increased blood sugar.
- Aceclofenac may increase the chances of gastric bleeding.
- Atomoxetine decreases the metabolism of sertraline.
- Zopiclone may increase the risk of side effects.
- Valproate bismuth increases the chances of serotonin syndrome (characterised by high blood pressure, confusion and muscle rigidity).

- No adverse interaction of Sertagress Tablets with any food is known yet. However, you should follow the dietary instructions as advised by your doctor and in case of any weight gain, consult a dietician and do regular exercises.
