Sensegood granules are a combination medicine used for short-term relief of constipation. They contain lactulose, which draws water into the bowel, and ispaghula husk, a fibre that absorbs water and adds bulk to stool. This combination softens hard stool and supports easier bowel movement, while adequate fluid helps the fibre work properly. Sensegood granules are mixed with water or milk, stirred and consumed immediately by mouth, with or after food as advised. They are not swallowed dry.
