Contraindications
- If you are allergic to Phenylephrine, Triprolidine or any other component of Recofast syrup.
- If you have taken Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) such as isocarboxazid, phenelzine, tranylcypromine, selegiline or rasagiline in the last 14 days.

- Recofast Syrup should no be used in children below 6 years of age without medical supervision.
Directions for Use
- Take Recofast syrup as instructed by your doctor.
- Shake well before use.
- Use a measuring cup, spoon or dropper for the exact quantity.
- Do not consume it directly from the bottle.

How Does It Work?
- Triprolidine acts by blocking the action of a natural chemical substance called histamine in the body. Histamine can cause sneezing, itching, watery eyes, runny and blocked nose and allergy symptoms.
- Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant, it shrinks or constricts the blood vessels in the nasal passage and improves congestion.
Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Concurrent use of Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) such as isocarboxazid, phenelzine, tranylcypromine, selegiline or rasagiline with Recofast syrup can cause an increase in blood pressure.
- Discuss with your doctor about any other medicine, herbal preparation and supplements you are taking currently to avoid any possible interactions.
