Other General Warnings

• You develop fever, chills, dizziness, shortness of breath, weakness, or any unusual bruising or bleeding. These can signal low blood counts that need urgent review.
• You develop a new or worsening cough or difficulty breathing, which could indicate inflammation of the lungs, your doctor may need to interrupt or permanently stop treatment.
• You have liver problems, especially severe ones, as your doctor may need to adjust your treatment.
• You have kidney problems, so that your doctor can take this into account when planning your care.
• You are taking, or are about to start, any medicine that strongly affects the CYP3A enzyme.
• You notice redness, swelling, tingling, or peeling of the skin on your palms or soles.
• There is any possibility of pregnancy, or you are breastfeeding.

• Keep every blood-count and oncology appointment.
• Report fever, chills, sore throat, unusual bleeding, or new breathing trouble urgently.
• Avoid close contact with people who have contagious infections when blood counts are low.
