- Paxotus plus tablets are used in the treatment of
- Depression
Contraindications
- If you are hypersensitive or allergic to Paroxetine, clonazepam or other antidepressants and other inactive substances present in the medication.
- If you are taking medications that belong to the monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) class or have taken them in the last 14 days.
- If you are taking a medication known as Thioridazine that is used to treat schizophrenia.
- If you are taking a medication called as Pimozide that is used to treat psychosis, a mental health disorder.

- You want to discontinue the medicine.
- You have a history of substance abuse.
- You have a disorder called Porphyria that affects the skin or the nervous system.
Directions for Use
- Paxotus plus tablets must be taken as directed by the doctor.
- Take the pill at the same time every day to ensure that a constant level of medication is maintained in the blood.
- Swallow the pill whole with a glass of water.
- Do not break, crush or chew the tablet; this can reduce its efficacy.
- Paxotus plus tablets can be taken with or without food.
- Do not take more medicine than what your doctor has recommended. Consult your doctor if you feel that your prescribed dosage isn’t working for you.
- Do not stop taking medicine without consulting your doctor.
