Pamaspas Plus tablet is used to alleviate the discomfort of menstrual periods. It reduces the intensity of cramps and lessens pain sensitivity. By relaxing the muscles in the uterus and digestive system, it minimizes painful contractions and spasms. It helps reduce water retention, alleviating bloating, breast tenderness, and the heavy feeling often experienced during menstruation.
