Pam Injection works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2).

Pam Injection is administered parenterally.

Interactions with other medicines

Pam Injection decreases platelet aggregation and increases bleeding time
Risk of nephrotoxicity when ciclosporin is given with Pam Injection
Corticosteroids increase the risk of ulceration with Pam Injection
If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Pam Injection

Store at room temperature 20°C to 25°C, keep away from pets and children

Overdose

Overdose of Pam Injection may require activated charcoal to re-absorb the medicine
