Pam Injection works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2).

Pam Injection is administered parenterally.
Interactions of Pam Injection 20ml (East West)
Interactions with other medicines
- Pam Injection decreases platelet aggregation and increases bleeding time
- Risk of nephrotoxicity when ciclosporin is given with Pam Injection
- Corticosteroids increase the risk of ulceration with Pam Injection
- If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Pam Injection
Storage and disposal of Pam Injection 20ml (East West)
Store at room temperature 20°C to 25°C, keep away from pets and children
Dosage of Pam Injection 20ml (East West)
Overdose
- Overdose of Pam Injection may require activated charcoal to re-absorb the medicine
- Do seek immediate medical attention if you over dose.
