Ocupol DX Sterile Eye/Ear drops contains a combination of three medicines namely - polymyxin B and chloramphenicol are the antibiotic medicines, while dexamethasone is a steroid medicine that reduces

the redness, pain and swelling in the eyes. This medicine is used to treat bacterial eye infections. Ocupol DX Sterile Eye/Ear drops should be used in the correct dose and for the exact duration as prescribed by your doctor. Complete the course given by your doctor. If you find any discomfort after using this medicine or there is no improvement in your condition after using this medicine, then immediately inform your doctor.

How Does It Work?

Ocupol DX Sterile Eye/Ear drops are a combination of two antibiotics (Polymyxin B and Chloramphenicol) and one steroid medicine (Dexamethasone).
Antibiotics kill the bacteria and control the infection, while the steroid component of Ocupol DX Sterile Eye/Ear drops reduces the redness, pain, swelling and discomfort caused due to the infection.

Follow the directions carefully & do not miss any dose.
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying.
Wipe any excess medicine from your face with the help of a tissue.
Use the exact amount of drops as prescribed.
Close your eyes for 2-3 minutes and do not blink or squeeze.
