Octocal tablet is a nutritional supplement used to support bone strength, calcium absorption and normal muscle function. It contains a combination of hydroxycobalamin, folic acid, magnesium, calcium orotate, calcium aspartate, vitamin D3 and zinc. Calcium supports bone structure and muscle contraction, while vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium. Magnesium, hydroxycobalamin, folic acid and zinc contribute to normal muscle, blood-cell and tissue functions. Swallow Octocal tablet whole with water as advised, and do not use it as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
