Nintena 100 MG Description

Nintena Capsule is is an immunomodulator medicine. It contains nintedanib as its active ingredient. It is used for the treatment of a rare type of lung disease called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (I

PF). It is also used for the treatment of a certain form of lung cancer along with another anticancer medicine docetaxel. It works by decreasing the activity of enzymes (tyrosine kinases) that causes fibrosis (scarring) thus helping slow down scarring of the lungs. Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis is a lung condition in which tissue of the lungs becomes scarred which makes the lungs unable to transport oxygen into the bloodstream effectively. It may be caused due to abnormal tissue repair following tissue damage. The dose and duration of the treatment with this medicine will be decided by your doctor after accessing your condition. Take it exactly as told by your doctor.
