Medical Description
Nflox D Eye eye/ear drop is used to treat bacterial infections of the eye, such as bacterial conjunctivitis, and to ease redness and swelling linked with the infection. It contains a combination of norfloxacin and dexamethasone. Norfloxacin is an antibiotic that stops susceptible bacteria from growing, while dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that calms inflammation, including redness, swelling and itching. Nflox D drops are placed into the affected eye or ear only as prescribed. Use them under medical supervision because steroid-containing drops can worsen some infections or delay healing.
