Neurotrat NP Tablet is a combination of four medicines i.e., nortriptyline, pregabalin, methylcobalamin, and vitamin D3. Neurotrat NP tablet is also used to treat long lasting pain caused by damage t
o the nerves. This tablet is used to improve brain functioning by changing the release of certain compounds released by neurons in the brain; raising the synthesis of red blood cells by the bone marrow; and enhancing calcium and phosphorus absorption essential for strong bones.

How Does It Work?
Pregabalin, Nortriptyline, Methylcobalamin, and Vitamin D3 are all included in the Neurotrat NP Tablet. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand that reduces pain by altering nerve cell calcium channel function. Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant that inhibits the reuptake of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) in the brain, slowing the transmission of pain signals. Methylcobalamin is a vitamin B derivative that aids in the synthesis of myelin, a material that protects nerve fibres and regenerates injured nerve cells....

Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of aminoglycoside antibiotics, colchicine, amino salicylic acid, phenytoin, and primidone may alter the absorption of the contents of Neurotrat NP tablets from stomach
- Concomitant use of rifampin may require higher doses of Neurotrat NP tablets to obtain the desired effect
