If you are allergic to montelukast, cetirizine, levocetirizine, or any of the ingredients of Montina-L syrup.
If you have kidney problems or are undergoing dialysis.
If you are unable to digest lactose and glucose (galactose intolerance).
In children of age 6-11 years with existing kidney problems.
