Montina-L syrup is a medication that helps treat and manage symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as a runny and congested nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. It contains two active substances, montelukast and levocetirizine, which work by blocking the production of chemicals that cause allergy symptoms.
It is recommended to take Montina-L syrup before bedtime, as it may cause dizziness. It is important to take the medicine as directed by your doctor and for the duration prescribed. If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding, or if you have any medical history, be sure to inform your doctor before using this medication.

- If you are allergic to montelukast, cetirizine, levocetirizine, or any of the ingredients of Montina-L syrup.
- If you have kidney problems or are undergoing dialysis.
- If you are unable to digest lactose and glucose (galactose intolerance).
- In children of age 6-11 years with existing kidney problems.
