Meloset 3 mg tablet is used to treat sleep disorders like insomnia, jet lag and is also helpful in regulating your sleep-wake cycle. It contains melatonin as its active component. This medicine will regularize the sleep cycle. You should take these tablets as directed by the doctor for the prescribed duration. It should be taken on an empty stomach.
