Description
Lefast D tablet is an anti-allergic medicine. It is used for the management and relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as runny and stuffy nose, sneezing, itching and watery eyes. Allergic rhi
nitis is an allergic response to allergy-producing substances like pollen, dust or mold. Lefast D tablet contains a combination of phenylephrine and levocetirizine as active substances. It works by blocking the formation of chemicals responsible for producing allergic symptoms. It also causes constriction of the blood vessels of the nose, which helps to relieve the nasal blockage. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as recommended by your doctor. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Do not take Lefast D tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. You should be cautious while driving after taking this medicine as it may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Before starting Lefast D tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding and about your complete medical history. Also, inform the doctor about all other medicines and supplements you take. Lefast D tablet is not recommended for use in children below 2 years of age.

Contraindications
- If you are allergic to phenylephrine, levocetirizine, or any ingredient of Lefast D tablet.
- If you are allergic to cetirizine or hydroxyzine. If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.
- If you have kidney disorders or are undergoing hemodialysis.
- If you have a hereditary problem of intolerance to sugars like galactose.
- If you are taking medicines called monoamine oxidase inhibitors or have taken them within 14 days. If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.
- If you have heart or blood vessel disorders like high blood pressure or heart-related chest pain.
- If you had a recent heart attack.
- If you have diabetes or thyroid disorders.
- If you have a condition of increased pressure in the eyes called closed-angle glaucoma.
- If you have an enlarged prostate (male).
- If you have a tumour of the adrenal glands called pheochromocytoma.
- If you are pregnant.

- You have high blood pressure or heart-related chest pain.
- You had a recent heart attack.
- You have thyroid disorders.

Directions for Use
