Lanzoprax Kid 15mg Tablet is a medication that contains Lansoprazole. It treats acid-related stomach and intestinal problems such as acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, and other stomach conditions li
nked to excessive acid production. Lanzoprax Kid 15mg Tablet also prevents stomach ulcers and acidity due to using painkillers for an extended period. Peptic ulcers are a type of mucous membrane ulcer found in the duodenum. Gastric ulcers are lesions that develop in the stomach lining due to the stomach's protective layer being damaged by the excess acid. The Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome is a disorder in which tumours originate in the pancreas and duodenum (the first part of the small intestine). The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the treatment. Do not stop the medications abruptly without consulting the doctor. How Does It Work?
Lansoprazole belongs to the proton pump inhibitor class that contains Lansoprazole and works by binding to the H+/K+-exchanging ATPase in gastric parietal cells to prevent acid secretion. The gastric proton pump enzyme, responsible for acid production, is inhibited by Lanzoprax Kid 15mg Tablet. This helps reduce acid production, repair ulcers, and prevent ulcers from forming in the future....
Directions for Use of Lanzoprax Kid 15 MG
- Lanzoprax Kid 15mg Tablet is usually given once a day, on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning
- Take one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening if you're taking Lanzoprax Kid 15mg Tablet twice a day
- The tablets should be consumed whole (not chewed or crushed) and taken with some water at least 1 hour before a meal

- Lansoprazole and Methotrexate together can increase the levels of Methotrexate in blood
- Interaction of Lansoprazole and warfarin can increase internal bleeding
