Directions for Use
- Please take Kemad 5mg tablets as directed by your doctor
- The tablets must be swallowed whole with a glass of water
- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets

- If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. In case it is time for your next dose, and take the current dose. Do not take two doses at a time to make up for the missed dose

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant administration of amantadine, antihistamines, phenothiazines, memantine, antidepressants, clozapine, disopyramide, and nefopam increases action of procyclidine
- Concomitant administration of tacrine reduces action of procyclidine
- Concomitant administration of neuroleptics reduces blood levels of procyclidine
- Concomitant administration of anticholinergic medicines causes dry mouth
- Concomitant administration of levodopa reduces activity of levodopa
- Concomitant administration of Cisapride, domperidone, or metoclopramide reduces effects of these medicines
- Concomitant administration of quinidine increases the action of quinidine
- Concomitant administration of paroxetine increases blood levels of procyclidine
