Itromed 1 % Description

Itromed Gel is a topical antifungal. It contains itraconazole as the active substance. Itromed Gel is used to manage fungal infections (tinea, a type of fungus) of the head, beard, chest, back, finge

rs, fungal nail infections, and other skin areas of the body. It is also used to treat candida infections of the skin called candidiasis. Itromed Gel works by eliminating the fungus from the site of infection by killing it. Use this medicine exactly as recommended by your doctor. Do not apply more than the prescribed dose or for longer periods than directed by your doctor. Itromed Gel is meant for external use only and should not be ingested. Before using Itromed Gel, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history. Also, inform about any other medicines that you are applying to the skin and hair.
