How does this medicine work?

Aceclofenac and paracetamol work by blocking chemical messengers in the body that produce pain and fever. Trypsin chymotrypsin is an enzyme that breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, helping to reduce swelling and inflammation by improving blood circulation to the affected area.
