Ib Olme Trio Tablet is an antihypertensive medication containing amlodipine, olmesartan, and hydrochlorothiazide. It is used to manage hypertension. Avoid taking this medication if you are allergic t

o any of its components, more than three months pregnant, have any kidney diseases, or are diabetic. Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor in terms of dosage and duration. You can take it with or without food. Do not miss any doses, and do not exceed the recommended amount.   • If you have low potassium, low sodium, high calcium, or high uric acid levels in your blood.
  • If you have problems with your liver or kidneys.
