High Vit tablet is a nutritional supplement used to support intake of vitamins and minerals when food may not provide enough. It contains a combination of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C and E, together with copper, manganese, selenium and zinc. B vitamins help release energy and support blood and nerve function, while vitamins A, C and E and the minerals support normal immune, skin and cell functions. The tablet is taken by mouth as a whole with sufficient water. Use it with a varied, balanced diet because it is not a substitute for nutritious food.
