Golbi 150 MG Description

Golbi 150 mg tablet is primarily used to treat gallstones. It is also used to treat primary biliary cirrhosis. Golbi 150 mg tablet falls under the category of gallstone dissolution agents. The active

ingredient in Golbi 150 mg tablets is Ursodeoxycholic acid. Golbi 150 mg is mainly effective in treating gallstones made of cholesterol. This medicine is ineffective in dissolving gallstones covered with calcium or composed of bile pigments. Side effects of Golbi 150 mg tablets include diarrhoea, hair loss, constipation, indigestion, and giddiness. Directions for use of Golbi 150 mg tablets should be strictly followed. Do not skip your doctor appointments while being treated with Golbi 150 mg. Your doctor will conduct blood tests to monitor your liver function. You will also be sent for an ultrasound to monitor your gallstones.
