Flexon Strip Of 15 Tablets
Medical Description
Flexon tablet is used to treat painful periods, dental pain, pain due to injury, sprain, fever, strain, and postoperative pain. It contains a combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol as its active ingredients. It works by preventing the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain, and inflammation.
A few other medicines that contain similar composition are Ibuflamar P 400mg tablet, Fenceta tablet, Ibugesic Plus tablet and Combiflam tablet.
Flexon should be taken as advised by the doctor and in the correct doses for the exact duration as prescribed. To avoid stomach problems, you can take this tablet with or after food. Do not skip a dose or consume more than that recommended by the doctor.
Flexon tablets should be used for short-term management of pain and fever. If there is no improvement in your condition after 3-4 days, consult your doctor. You should not take more than 3 tablets of Flexon in any 24 hours. Before starting with Tab Flexon, inform your doctor about all the existing medicines and medical conditions.

Contraindications of FLEXON STRIP OF 15 TABLETS
- If you are allergic to ibuprofen, paracetamol or any other ingredients of Flexon tablet.
- If you have a history of an allergic reaction due to painkillers like aspirin, etc..
- If you are taking medicines containing paracetamol, ibuprofen or other pain medicines.
- If you have a history of ulcers or bleeding in the digestive tract.
- If you have an active clotting disorder or disorder related to the blood supply to the brain.
- If you are experiencing fluid loss (due to vomiting, diarrhoea, or not drinking enough fluids).
- If you have kidney or liver function problems.
- If you are pregnant (last trimester), it should not be given to children under 12 years of age (<40kgs).
