Medical Description
Finemox CV 250/ tablet is a prescription antibiotic combination used for selected bacterial infections of the ear, sinuses, throat, lungs, urinary tract, skin, teeth, joints and bones. It contains amoxycillin and clavulanic acid, with amoxycillin attacking susceptible bacteria and clavulanic acid helping protect it from bacterial resistance. Together, they stop susceptible bacteria from building the protective covering they need to survive, which helps clear the infection. Finemox CV tablet is taken by mouth with or after food, swallowed whole with water, and used only for an infection diagnosed or considered likely by a healthcare professional.
