FineFace cream is a combination of steroids, antibiotics and vitamin supplements. It helps in preventing, controlling and reducing acne. FineFace cream contains clindamycin, betamethasone and nicotinamide as its active ingredients. Use this medicine exactly as instructed by your doctor. Follow all the instructions given in the leaflet. This medicine is recommended for external use only. Thus, do not apply over open cuts, wounds or private parts. It is also suggested to avoid contact with eyes. While using this cream you should take care of hygiene as it’s particularly important to maintain and control the disease and avoid factors that may exacerbate the condition. You should wash your hands regularly, keep the affected area clean and avoid touching, scraping or rubbing the affected skin.

- You are under treatment with any other topical medications like creams, gels, lotions for skin infections. FineFace cream is not recommended to use in children under 12 years of age. You observe any reactions on your skin. You apply FineFace cream unknowingly or accidentally into your nose or eyes, immediately wash with water. If you still notice any difficulty then seek emergency help. You self medicate with FineFace cream. It is recommended only to use, for what your doctor advice you to.
Directions for Use
- Apply FineFace cream exactly as your doctor asks you to.
- Wash the affected area and pat dry.
- Apply a thin layer of cream on the affected area
- Wash your hands with soap after the application.

- Store FineFace cream in a cool and dry place and protected from direct sunlight, moisture and heat. Keep it away from children and pets. Do not use it if it is expired or damaged. Discard the unused medicine properly.

How Does It Work?
- Betamethasone is a steroid that reduces the inflammation, swelling and redness of the skin by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers called prostaglandins. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that works by decreasing and inhibiting the growth and of the bacteria and that cause acne. Nicotinamide has anti-inflammatory properties that help in decreasing redness, swelling and tenderness of the affected skin.

Tell your doctor about all the medicines especially topical medicines like lotions, gels, creams etc., you are currently using or might use to avoid any possible interaction. Since FineFace cream is applied over the skin on the affected area, it is less likely to have an interaction with any oral or parenteral forms of medicine.
