If you have a known allergy to Escigress CZ tablet or other components.
If you’ve taken MAOIs (Monoamine oxidase inhibitors) within the last 14 days.
If you have taken Pimozide. Because of the increased risk of QT prolongation, these medications should not be taken together.
If you have liver problems, it may worsen your condition.
If you have a compulsive obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma, the respiratory depressive effects of the Escigress CZ tablet can be fatal.
If you have angle-closure Glaucoma Glaucoma (optic nerve issue).
If you have renal impairment or are on medication for kidney disorders.

The medication should not be taken with Atenolol or Codeine, Carbamazepine, rifampin, and rifabutin; these may increase clonazepam metabolism and reduce its therapeutic impact.
Cimetidine, clarithromycin, clozapine, CNS depressants, disulfiram, ethanol, etc., may increase clonazepam serum levels and toxicity. Monitoring for benzodiazepine response changes is essential.
