- Migraine with or without aura
Contraindications
- Allergy to eletriptan or any other excipient
- Severe kidney and liver disease
- Moderate to severe high blood pressure
- Untreated high blood pressure
- Coronary artery disease
- Chest pain (angina)
- Heart failure
- Abnormal heartbeats
- History of stroke
- Simultaneous administration of 5-HT1 receptor agonists with eletriptan

Directions for Use
- Elipran 20mg is to be taken orally as directed by the physician
- Do not break, crush or chew the tablet
- Swallow the tablet with a glass of water
- Do not take more than the recommended dose

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Propranolol, verapamil and fluconazole, erythromycin, and ketoconazole increased the effects of eletriptan
- Eletriptan should not be given to patients taking ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin, josamycin and protease inhibitors within 72 hours of giving these medicines
Interactions with food items
- Alcoholic beverages may cause dizziness and drowsiness in some patients
Other general Interactions
- Triptans and herbal medicines containing St. John's wort can lead to side effects
