Electral Z Plus oral powder is used to replace water and electrolytes lost during dehydration from diarrhoea, vomiting or heavy sweating. It contains a combination of dextrose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium citrate and zinc sulphate monohydrate. Dextrose helps the intestine absorb sodium and water, while the salts replace electrolytes needed for fluid balance, nerves and muscles, and zinc supports normal immune function during recovery. Dissolve Electral Z Plus oral powder in clean water before drinking, exactly as directed on the pack.
