Description

tablet is used to treat nausea and vomiting associated with migraine. It contains two main ingredients: domperidone and paracetamol. Domperidone helps your stomach and intestines move food more effectively, preventing acid from flowing back up into the food pipe. Paracetamol helps reduce pain, fever, and inflammation by affecting certain chemicals in the body and the brain area that controls temperature.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you’re allergic to any of its ingredients, have liver or heart problems, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Certain conditions, like stomach bleeding, prolactinoma (a type of brain tumour), or serious infections, may make it unsafe to use. Also, tell your doctor about any other medicines you're taking, especially for heart issues, infections, or HIV, as they can interact with tablet.

Take this medicine as prescribed, usually with or without food, and at the same time each day. Swallow it whole with water. Common side effects may include diarrhoea, dry mouth, skin rash, weakness, or drowsiness. Some people may also experience allergic reactions or visual disturbances. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Never double up.

Keep this medicine in a cool, dry place away from children and pets. Do not drink alcohol while taking it, as it can worsen stomach acidity. If you take too much, seek medical help right away, as it can lead to serious symptoms like muscle movements, anxiety, or sleepiness. If you're using this medicine long-term, your doctor may want to check your blood levels or bone health regularly.
