Dolostat-SP tablet contains aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase as its active ingredients. The medicine is used to provide relief from pain and inflammation associated with arthritis. It
is also used to treat post-operative inflammation, swelling, and pain. Aceclofenac and paracetamol in Dolostat-SP tablet relieve the pain and inflammation while serratiopeptidase reduces the swelling. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor about your medical history. If you develop any symptoms of liver damage or allergies like swelling of the face/mouth/throat, itching, rashes, or difficulty breathing during treatment with Dolostat-SP tablet, talk to your doctor immediately. This tablet should not be used for longer durations than recommended by your doctor.

- Dolostat-SP tablet contains aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase as its active substances.
- Aceclofenac and paracetamol are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) that block the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cyclooxygenase is responsible for the formation of certain substances in the body called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation....

- Dolostat-SP tablet must be consumed as a whole with a sufficient amount of water.

Interactions with other medicines
