Other General Warnings

• You experience newly developed bone pain or worsening of previous bone
• symptoms.
• You use other oral/topical medication containing corticosteroids or medications to control your immune system like prednisone.
• You had an allergic reaction to another steroid in the past.
• You have HIV/AIDS.
• You have any condition that decreases the amount of acid in your stomach.
• You are applying the cream under an airtight dressing or to a large skin area.
• You are applying the cream on broken or damaged skin or within skin folds.
• You have a skin condition called psoriasis.
• You are using the medicine around a chronic leg ulcer.
• You are applying Dexoderm-NF cream near the eyes or on eyelids.
• You are applying the medicine to thin skin such as the face.
• You develop an infection after using Dexoderm-NF cream.
• You notice changes in your vision like blurred vision after using Dexoderm-NF cream.
• You have a condition called cystic fibrosis that causes problems with breathing, digestion, and reproduction.

• Dexoderm-NF cream is meant for external use only.
• Use it as recommended by your doctor.
• Clean and dry your hands before and after applying the medicine.
• Apply a thin layer of this medicine on the affected area and gently rub into the skin.
• In case your eyes come in contact with Dexoderm-NF cream, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.

• Store in a cool and dry place below 25°C away from direct sunlight.
• Keep away from children and pets.

Interactions with other medicines

• Since Dexoderm-NF cream is to be used externally on the skin, it is less likely to interact with other medicines.
• However, you should always consult your doctor if you are taking other medicines for treating other health conditions.
• Particular care should be taken if you are taking medicines for treating HIV/AIDS (ritonavir, efavirenz), fungal infections (itraconazole), bacterial infections (ciprofloxacin, clarithromycin), fits/seizures (carbamazepine, phenobarbital), tuberculosis (isoniazid, rifabutin), high blood pressure (aliskiren), blood clots (apixaban, rivaroxaban, warfarin), kidney cancer (axitinib), gout (colchicine), overactive bladder (darifenacin), blood cancer (dasatinib, nilotinib), skin cancer (dabrafenib), immune system alteration (everolimus), asthma/chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (salmeterol), erectile dysfunction (sildenafil), hepatitis C (simeprevir), prostate enlargement (tamsulosin), anxiety (alprazolam, buspirone), nausea/vomiting of chemotherapy (aprepitant), mental disorders (aripiprazole, haloperidol), abnormal/high cholesterol levels (atorvastatin), pulmonary artery high blood pressure (bosentan, riociguat), irritable bowel syndrome (budesonide), pain (buprenorphine, fentanyl), insufficient blood flow in legs (cilostazol), parathyroid disorders (cinacalcet), heart failure (digoxin), breast cancer (docetaxel, ixabepilone), migraine (eletriptan), non-small cell lung cancer (erlotinib), allergies (fluticasone), inflammation (methylprednisolone), worm infections (praziquantel), sleep disorders (ramelteon), diabetes (repaglinide), heart-related chest pain (verapamil), Hodgkin's disease (vinblastine).
• Dexoderm-NF cream may increase the muscle-relaxant effect of vecuronium when used together.
