Other General Warnings

• You have had any allergic reaction to any steroids
• You develop infection or superinfection after using this medicine.

How Does It Work?

• Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA, thereby restricting their growth and eventually killing the bacteria.
• Ornidazole destructs the DNA helical structure, which interrupts the protein synthesis and ultimately leads to the death of bacteria.
• Itraconazole is an antifungal agent and works by interfering with the cell membranes of fungi, thus stopping their growth and eventually causing its death.
• Clobetasol is a steroid, which works by blocking the production of certain chemical substances in the body (prostaglandins) which cause itching, swelling and redness.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way ofloxacin+ornidazole+itraconazole+clobetasol works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines (including topically applied medicines), supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
