Cosmelite cream is used in the treatment and prevention of moderate-to-severe melasma. Melasma is a condition where dark and discolored patches of pigmentation appear on the skin. This cream is als

It contains a combination of three medicines - mometasone, tretinoin, and hydroquinone as active substances. Do not use this cream for a prolonged duration unless prescribed by your dermatologist.
