Clobetamil G cream is used for the treatment of bacterial infections of the skin. It contains clobetasol and gentamicin as active ingredients. Clobetasol is a steroid that has anti-inflammatory properties and gentamicin is an antibacterial agent. Clobetamil G cream helps to reduce the symptoms of bacterial infection like redness, swelling and itchiness. Wash your hands before and after applying the cream. Clobetamil G cream is meant for external application only. You should use this cream exactly as advised by your doctor. Avoid the medicine to treat other skin conditions than prescribed. Do not use more Clobetamil G cream or apply it more often than recommended. This cream should not be used in children below 1 year of age.
