• Inborn Errors of Metabolism: Treating a carnitine deficiency that results from certain genetic disorders that disrupt the body's normal chemical processes.
• End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD): Treating carnitine deficiency in individuals with ESRD who are undergoing regular hemodialysis.

• If you have a known allergy to levocarnitine or any ingredient in Carnisure injection.
• If you have severe kidney dysfunction.
• If you have a history of seizures that are not controlled by medication, you should consult your doctor.
• If you have metabolic conditions where carnitine supplementation is not recommended, as determined by your healthcare provider.
