Brophyle N Strip Of 10 Tablets Description

Brophyle N tablet is a combination medicine used for relieving the symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It relieves difficulty in breathing, coughing, wheezing, congestion and bl

ockage in the airways. Brophyle N tablet contains a combination of two medicines acebrophylline and acetylcysteine as its active ingredient. They belong to a class of bronchodilators and mucolytics, respectively. Brophyle N tablet works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and loosening the cough, thus making the expulsion of cough easy. Before taking this medicine you should tell your doctor about any other medicine you are taking for respiratory conditions and also your complete medical history. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor at the exact dose and duration. You can take Brophyle N tablet with or without food. This medicine should not be used during an acute asthma attack.

Contraindications of Brophyle N Strip Of 10 Tablets

If you are allergic to acebrophylline, acetylcysteine or any other ingredients of Brophyle N tablet.
If you have a heart failure problem, low blood pressure, unstable blood pressure or irregular heartbeats
If you have liver or kidney problems.
This medicine should not be used in patients below 18 years of age.

Acebrophylline works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the airways and induces the release of pulmonary surfactants which helps in the clearance of congestion.
Acetylcysteine breaks down and loosens thick phlegm, making it runny and easy to cough up and clearing the airway.

Use Brophyle N tablet as directed by your doctor.
This medicine is taken orally and may be taken with or without food.
