Briviact 50 MG Description

Briviact Tablet is an anti-convulsant medicine. It contains an active ingredient called Brivaracetam. It is used in the treatment of seizures in an individual with epilepsy. Epilepsy is a brain-relat

ed disorder that can result in abnormal brain activity, loss of consciousness and sensation. Briviact Tablet works by stabilizing the abnormal conduction of signals in the brain. It is also advised not to drive just after taking this medicine, as it may cause symptoms like sleepiness, dizziness and lack of coordination etc. You should tell the physician if you have a liver or kidney problem. You should also discuss about your pregnancy or if you are a breastfeeding mother. Abrupt withdrawal of this medicine can cause serious problems and may increase the frequency of seizure or fits.
