Medical Description

Brimosun P Eye Drops 5ml is a glaucoma medication that contains two ingredients. It reduces the formation of aqueous humour (fluid) in the eye, decreasing ocular pressure. This alleviates the symptoms while also accelerating the healing process. Brimosun P Eye Drops 5ml should be administered in the afflicted eye only, according to the doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. Before consuming this medication, make sure you clean your hands. Before using it, it is recommended that you read the label. Even if you are feeling better, do not miss any doses and complete the entire course of therapy. The most severe side effects are itching, redness, and burning sensations at the application site and foreign body perception. If it comes into contact with your nose, ears, or mouth inadvertently, rinse them carefully with water. Make your doctor aware if you are allergic to any of the components in this medication or if you are consuming any other medications. Operating machinery right after taking this medication is not advisable since it may induce temporary blurring of eyesight and impair your driving ability.

Dosage

Overdose

Do not administer more than the recommended dose. If you suspect an overdose, kindly consult the physician right away. Using more Brimosun P Eye Drops 5ml than the prescribed amount can raise the risk of adverse effects and harm. Consult your physician for a re-assessment if the intensity of your problems has worsened. Consult your physician if the prescribed doses are not treating you. Do not take an extra dosage to compensate for a missing prescription. When you have skipped so many doses, immediately consult your physician about implementing adjustments to your dosage schedule or creating a new plan to help compensate for missed doses.

Mode of Action

How Does It Work?

Brimosun P Eye Drops 5ml is composed of two medicines, stabilised oxychloride and brimonidine. Brimonidine inhibits carbonic anhydrase. It acts by lowering the elevated ocular pressure by reducing the fluid accumulation in the eye. Stabilized Oxychloro is a preservative.
