Bricanyl Misthaler metered-dose inhaler is used to relieve breathing symptoms caused by narrowed airways in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It contains terbutaline, a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles around the airways. This opens the air passages so air can move more freely and can ease wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath and cough. Bricanyl inhaler is breathed in through the mouth using the device and should be used with the technique taught by a healthcare professional.
